Sales Policy
AETCO Inc. offers products for resale to retail accounts that applied for and qualified to become a dealer for AETCO Inc.
Dealers must follow the terms & conditions set forth below. Publication and distribution for AETCO Inc catalogs/or price
lists does not constitute an offer to sell. AETCO Inc. reserves the right to sell its products to only those dealers who meet
qualifications, and to review the qualifications and sales efforts at any given time. All orders are subject to acceptance by
AETCO Inc. At its sole discretion, AETCO Inc. reserves the right to accept any order, subject to the terms & conditions of
this agreement.
Order Requirements
Account must be established before any orders are accepted. For orders to be accepted you must provide a part number. No minimum order required. All orders changes or cancellations must be made via fax. Please fax to (909) 593-3132.
Terms / Past Due Accounts
Pre-pay, COD, and Net 30 accounts available. Net 30 terms will be granted to only those who meet AETCO Inc. account
requirements. Solely the credit department makes decisions concerning open accounts or credit extension.
Price
Retail prices shown are listed only as a guideline for suggested retail price. AETCO Inc. expects to maintain prices through
2016; however AETCO Inc. reserves the right to change prices without notice due to price increases or errors. AETCO Inc.
always recommends calling and checking pricing whenever bids and contracts are involved.
Freight / Drop Shipments
Prepaid Freight – Prices are shown as FOB AETCO Inc. All Shipments are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise stated by
the customer and confirmed by AETCO Inc. customer service. All priority shipment to ship same day must arrive by 12:00 pm PST. AETCO Inc. recommends that you contact your account representative to confirm priority shipping. U.S. Post Office and APO addresses not accepted. AETCO Inc. reserves the right to insure any package at their discretion. Shipment
claims must be made within 3 business days after receipt of order. Please keep all materials involved in the shipment.
Returns / Defective Merchandise
Returns must be shipped prepaid and cannot be accepted without receiving a prior written and or verbal Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA) from AETCO Inc. The RMA number must appear on the outside of each box being returned.
Please call shipping/receiving department for an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Merchandise is subject
to a 20% restocking fee. Additional charges will be assessed for merchandise requiring new packaging. All restocking
charges will be determined at original purchase value. No credit will be extended to obsolete items, special manufactured
items or tampered/ neglected items. All defective merchandise must be sent back to AETCO Inc. for inspection. Items must
be sent back freight prepaid, but will be reimbursed by AETCO Inc. after inspection is made and item is found to be
defective. If item needs repair please call customer service for details.
Bid Policy
AETCO Inc. will honor any pricing for bids or contracts up to (1) year when requested in writing by the dealer and signed by
an authorized account representative. No prices will be guaranteed or accepted without such requirements. AETCO Inc. will
also guarantee no more than a 5% increase for the subsequent calendar year. AETCO Inc. will grant price preferences to
current AETCO Inc. dealers for existing contracts.
Promotional Materials
AETCO Inc. will supply product catalogs and price list at the request of the dealer. Please contact your account
representative for information.
