Mk 3 Teargas Holders:
Fits 1.5-1.8 oz Pepper Spray Canister
MK3 Tear Gas Holder, Closed Top is a closed top style holder for the shorter model 1 ½ inch diameter and 3 inch length chemical mace canisters. The unique design of the strap that fastens to the bottom of the holder makes the tear gas holder easier to put on and to take off. This design increases the holding strength of the snap but eliminates the hard action and the tendency of tearing the leather. The tear gas holder does not hang down below the Sam Browne Belt making this holder more comfortable to wear.
Mk 4 Teargas Holders:
Fits 3.0-3.3 oz Pepper Spray Canister
MK4 Tear Gas Holder, Open Top is made to hold a 1 1/2 inch diameter and 5 inch length Mk4 style chemical mace canister. The “One Way” Directional Snap secures the back strap to the Sam Browne Belt. Special lifting tab is added to the directional snap to prevent the tearing of the leather with frequent use. Also available with a closed top.
Mk 9 Teargas Holders:
Fits 16.0 oz Pepper Spray Canister
MK9 Tear Gas Holder molded to fit the unique shape of 1 ½ inch diameter and 6 inch length MK9 chemical tear gas canister. Available with or without a top strap. Metal clips are used to attach the holder to a duty belt. Two clips are available: The removable clip can be clipped over your belt and easily removed after your shift. The permanent clip can be clipped over the belt or threaded onto the belt. Once the holder is on the belt, the only way to remove the holder is to unbuckle the belt.
MK2 Teargas Holders:
Fits .69 oz – 1.6 oz Pepper Spray Canister
MK2 Tear Gas Holder, Closed Top is made to hold a 1 3/8-inch diameter chemical mace canister such as Sabre or Freeze+2. The closed top option
has a flap designed to cover the top of the canister and a snap to fully cover the canister holder closed. The “One Way” Directional Snap secures the
back strap to the Sam Browne Belt. Special lifting tab is added to the directional snap to prevent the tearing of the leather with frequent use.
