Polymer Side Handle Batons-Fixed Handle
The 1321 Series baton is made of solid black acetate plastic material. The ends are rounded and smooth to prevent unnecessary injury. This series features a plastic handle that is injection molded around an aluminum insert. The aluminum insert is threaded on one end and contoured to properly fit against the body of the baton. Standard 5/16 x 2 inch Allen screw is used to assemble the handle to the baton. This handle assembly will remain tight against the baton and the handle can be easily removed if it becomes necessary using a standard hex Allen wrench furnished with each baton. The “short end” of the baton is also used as a second handle. Rubber sleeves or grips may be added to improve the grip on the short end of the baton. The 1221 Series features a machined aluminum handle with a patented “rotating” bushing built into the base or bottom portion that is not obviously visible when the handle is assembled. The rotating bushing improves control along with increasing baton speed. The baton can be very effective even when wearing gloves. The “short end” of the baton is also used as a second handle. Rubber sleeves or grips may be added to improve the grip on the short end of the baton. A standard hex Allen wrench is included if it becomes necessary to remove the handle for cleaning.

Polymer Straight Batons
The 1121 Series of plastic batons features a polished black acetate solid plastic rod, 1.25 inches in diameter with the ends rounded and polished finish to avoid unnecessary injury. These batons are smooth on both ends and the hand grip accessories such as the rubber sleeves and roll on grips greatly improve the users ability to grip the baton. The baton stop accessory is used to support the baton on the belt/ring carrier. A leather thong may also be added to this model baton and should be ordered to include the drilled thone hole.

Polymer Straight Batons Grenade Grip
The 1122 Series plastic batons features a “grenade hand grip” milled into the polished black acetate plastic rod. The baton is 1.25 inches in diameter with the ends rounded and smooth to avoid unnecessary injury. The grenade grip is a two step pattern process, an option on the grenade grip would be to eliminate the fluting pattern creating a ring pattern option. The baton stop accessory is used to support the baton in the belt/ring carrier. A leather thong may also be added to this model baton and should be ordered to include the drilling thong hole.
