Aluminum Side Handle Batons – Fixed Handle
The 1311 Series baton is made of aircraft grade aluminum tubing that will not bend, warp or break, even when exposed to extreme hot or cold temperatures. The finish is black anodize providing a durable high-quality finish that is corrosion and abrasion resistant. The aluminum tubing is filled with a wood dowel to protect the user’s hand from impact vibration and shock. The end caps are smooth and permanently pressed into place to avoid unnecessary injury.The “short end” of the baton is also used as a second handle. Rubber sleeves or grips may be added to improve the grip on the short end of the baton. The aluminum batons can also be knurled to improve grip. This model features a plastic handle that is injection molded around an aluminum insert. The aluminum insert is threaded on one end and contoured to properly fit against the body of the baton. Standard 5/16 x 2 inch Allen screw is used to assemble the handle to the baton. This handle assembly will remain tight against the baton and can be easily removed if it becomes necessary using the standard hex Allen wrench furnished with each baton.
Aluminum Side Handle Batons – Spin Handle
The 1211 Series features a machined aluminum handle with a patented “rotating” bushing built into the base or bottom portion that is not obviously visible when the handle is assembled. The rotating bushing improves control along with increasing baton speed. The baton can be very effective even when wearing gloves. The “short end” of the baton is also used as a second handle. Rubber sleeves or grips may be added to improve the grip on the short end of the baton. Aluminum Straight Batons
The 1111 Series aluminum batons are the most durable baton available. Made of aircraft grade aluminum tubing with a durable black anodize finish. These batons are smooth on both ends and the hand grip accessories such as the rubber sleeves and roll on grips greatly improve the users ability to grip the baton. The aluminum also allows for a milled knurled hand grip milled into the aluminum on one end or both ends as required. The baton stop accessory is used to support the baton in the belt/ring carrier.
CAUTION: All plastic and wood batons are subject to breaking. The aluminum
baton was developed to minimize that possibility. Consider your application,
